About The Book

Have you ever asked yourself this question; “will I ever lose weight”? Have you tried everything you know to do and to no avail instead of losing weight you’re gaining weight?  Are you embarrassed by the way you look? If you have answered yes to any of these questions, continue reading this book. The purpose of this weight loss daily devotional is to share my personal journey to weight loss.   Through prayer, being totally honest with myself and facing deep wounds I tried to cover up, I began a journey that stimulated me into a lifestyle change. Weight loss is not about diets.  It is about changing your mindset which will have a profound impact on your life. If you are going to gain control over your weight, it first has to start with your mind.

 

My mindset  had to be renewed in the way I prepared food, the amount I ate along with other issues that will be discussed later in this devotional. Your mindset will be critical to becoming fit and healthy.  I want to inspire you and encourage you to never give up.  You must and you can move forward in achieving your weight loss goals. You may be ready to throw in the towel but hang in there and take this journey with me. Let’s see what the end will be.  God has revealed some profound truths that assisted me on my journey.  Now I want to assist you.  May this thirty day devotional be a tool for daily encouragement.“But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail.
